History
Our humble beginnings started in 2006 in Bangkok. We were a small start-up company looking to break into the new and exciting world of software development (I know-we're old!). After some time went on, we began getting orders, however it was slow going. The time between projects made us increasingly ambitious and itching to advance. We realized that the best part of software development was putting in the blood, sweat, and tears to deliver a quality service.
In 2009 we had a stroke of genius and decided to start manufacturing lanyards and rubber keychains for clients in Japan, the home country of our CEO. As the years went on, we began to add more products to our repertoire, hire additional staff, and even establish our very own factory in Guangdong, China. In 2022 we made the decision to expand our business even further to the U.S. We're so excited to utilize our experience to bring our quality Japanese rubber keychains to the states and gain even more satisfied customers.

CEO, You & Earth Co., Ltd.
Masanori is the co-founder and CEO of You & Earth Co., Ltd., the parent company of You-Goods. He’s passionate about having the fastest and most accurate delivery times in the industry, and wants to pass on his business knowledge to the younger generation. He truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, and has built his company on this principal.
Aum Jutamas
Design Coordinator, You & Earth Co., Ltd.
Aum is from Thailand, and works as a coordinator between Japanese and Thai staff to help design operations go smoothly. She can speak both Thai and Japanese, and loves to learn new things on the job especially when it comes to creating smooth communication between our different offices.
Daiji Takemura
Head of Sales, Hot Mobily.
Daiji is from Saitama, Japan, and he is in charge of sales for Hot Mobily, which is our custom promotional goods business in Japan. He studied photography in vocational school, and gained a deep understanding of composition, lighting, and post-processing which makes the design process much smoother for him.
Ryo
Production manager, You & Earth Co., Ltd.
Ryo is from Guanzhou, China and can speak both Cantonese and Japanese. Ryo manages all production members for smooth manufacturing, and prides himself on his superior managerial abilities. Following graduation, he worked as an executive assistant in a Japanese baseball glove maker in Guangzhou before joining You & Earth during the startup phase.
Miranda Roop
Marketing and Sales, You-Goods.
Miranda has been working for You-Goods since 2022, and is in charge of content and web marketing as well as sales in North America. She is from Wisconsin, USA and has a deep passion for providing excellent customer service and user experience for each and every customer.
Oong Supachok
Senior Programmer, You-Goods.
Oong is a co-developer of You-Goods.com from Thailand whose responsibility is to ensure that users have the best experience on our website. He wants to give the best online shopping experience for everyone. He earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, but he’s also interested in learning about business, investment, and AI technology.
Pimpan Puttham
Shipping and Quality Control Leader, You & Earth Co., Ltd.
Pimpan is from Thailand, and is in charge of shipping and quality control of all products that go through Japan. She previously worked as check in staff at the airport which has helped to hone her diligence. She prides herself on her attention to detail and organizational skills.
Aekapob Boonchuay

Aekapob specializes in product design, artwork creation, image retouching, banner design, and video editing. His goal is to continuously enhance his skills, deliver exceptional designs, and create memorable visual experiences for our amazing clients.
Kunanon Thammada
Programmer, You & Earth Co., Ltd.
Kunanon is a co-programmer of You-Goods.com for which he collaborates with business analysts and developers to produce website designs and performance upgrades to make our software and systems more secure and efficient. He graduated with a degree in faculty science and technology, Information Technology, and is interested in learning about new technology.
