Acrylic products from You-Goods are unique because where there would normally be a sharp edge there's a flat one in it's place. Because of this feature you don't have to worry about catching sharp corners on skin, clothes, or anything else. We want your acrylic pins to be safe, and to shine and not be a burden or an accidental weapon.
When submitting your design for your custom acrylic pins you will need to define the cut path. The cut path is the line along which the acrylic will be cut in order to form your custom pin. There are several options for the cut path including circles, squares, rectangles, or custom contour cutting. Contour cutting for custom standees means the cut line outside of the design follows the shape of the image within the cut. You-Goods can do this process for you, just let us know when you order! We will create the contour cut and of course get your approval of your custom design before starting production on your personalized acrylic pins.
White pressing is basically just pressing white ink onto your custom design before covering the printed design in acrylic. Why do you need to do that? Excellent question! When your original design contains white print, it actually shows up as transparent when you put the actual acrylic over it! So, to prevent your beautiful customly designed work of art from becoming transparent we white press the design so it's not see through.
