I ordered some rubber keychains and was a little nervous because it was my first time designing and ordering them. The sales rep put me at ease. and the whole process went really smoothly. I'm really happy I took the chance because the colors are exactly how I imagined them, and the keychains seem really durable. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
The rep, Miranda, walked through the process with me even before payment, and let me hold my spot for their promo (100 for $400 including backing bards. logo printing on the back of the charms, and express shipping) since I’d already declared my intent before it was expiring, which was super nice of her. I received them today, March 13th, and paid Feb 21st. It took me a long time to decide on backing card design, because that is NOT my strong suit, I just went with my pin backing card design in the end. I am really happy with the print quality of that as well, and the rounded corners! There were only a couple of proof changes that needed to be made after the initial PSD submission. I felt really happy to have something hands-off for once, and not have to babysit production for something. I LOVE my manus in China who are able to work with me on what I wanted and paid for, but I can’t begin to explain how much it has worn me down to have the bad apples berate me when things go wrong. I am so pleased with this whole experience, and Miranda is super friendly. Definitely recommend, and I will use their services in the future when needed. Also - the pantones appear to have all come out exactly as requested! They also do acrylic keychains and some other products like rubber coasters
